Working time: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

📋 Job Description

• Consult with US clients on project scope and lead multiple complex procurement consulting projects.
• Develop project plan, instruct the team to conduct the projects
• Analyze spend, define sourcing strategies, and improve procurement processes.
• Conduct supplier market analysis and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP packages, evaluate supplier bids, and advise clients on supplier selection.
• Present insights and recommendations to US clients in English.
• Support supplier onboarding, performance reviews, and supplier relationship management.
• Analyze procurement KPIs (cost savings, quality, lead time, compliance) and report to clients.
• Ensure all procurement activities follow legal and best-practice standards.
• Conduct training sessions and share best practices with client teams.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or consulting (preferably in procurement consulting).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); experienced with English-speaking clients.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Be available for occasional evening calls with U.S. clients to support cross-border communication and alignment.
