Responsibilities: 

  • Support the setup of the new Promotional business, including supplier network setup, operational process design, employee recruitment and training. 
  • Manage customer services including quoting prices, sending samples, negotiating, convincing customers to buy products and closing contracts. Manage and monitor contract payment process, debt, and customer care tasks before, during and after the contract in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Explore customer needs, work with the US sale team to develop/ build products that best meet customer needs 
  • Research, negotiate and select suitable suppliers. Build and maintain partner relationships with suppliers. 
  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to reduce costs and optimize performance. 
  • Ensure that the Procurement operation process complies with legal regulations and the organization’s internal regulations. 
  • Manage orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness, include checking the quality of goods and services received from suppliers. 
  • Perform supplier reviews and recommend improvements in the purchasing process. 
  • Manage contracts and ensure that terms and conditions are adhered to. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economic, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B business, eCommerce, Procurement or equivalent, with a focus on product management, customer service 
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and methods of negotiation. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Flexible working hour to support the US clients, including calls with customers and US sale team  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
