PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

📌 JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support U.S. clients throughout the sourcing process: gather requirements, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
• Communicate directly with Vietnamese suppliers to clarify design, price, and sample development.
• Participate in RFPs and ensure transparency between all involved parties.
• Manage supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Oversee product sampling and mass production processes.
• Draft and review bilingual contracts; assist in price negotiation.
• Support logistics arrangements, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, and LCL terms; coordinate shipment tracking and on-time delivery.
• Conduct shipment evaluations when needed and ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
• Maintain regular updates to clients and internal teams on order progress and supplier feedback.
• Be available for occasional evening calls with U.S.-based clients to ensure real-time communication across time zones.

📌 REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong English communication skills in all four areas (TOEFL iBT ≥ 80 or equivalent is preferred).
• Strong communication, strategic planning, able to handle multiple tasks, problem-solving, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and perform under pressure.
• Understanding of international trade, logistics terms (EXW, FOB, etc.), and supplier management is a strong plus.
