We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive client acquisition, business development, and revenue growth for JKA, primarily in the areas of business processing and supply chain. This role is focused on expanding JKA’s reach, particularly in the U.S. market, and working closely with clients to deliver outstanding solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top professionals, gaining exposure to international clients and enhancing your expertise. This is a role for a motivated individual eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment while demonstrating Vietnam’s talent on a global stage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing – Work with the management team to create prospect materials, collaterals, and webinars to generate leads

Lead generation – Work with the management team to identify customer prospects, conduct outreach programs to connect with buyers

Sales – Participating in and/or leading proposal solutions and business value proposition development efforts. Include pilots and proof of concepts pre-sale engagements

This role will work directly to the US-based CEO. You will work closely and learn from our CEO, who is an industry leader, and was an executive at some of the world major corporations. He will provide guidance and support the development of the new programs. You will be responsible for the execution of these agreed programs.

Skills: 

  • 3-5 years of Business-to-Business sales for services
  • College business degree
  • Run multiple marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook…
  • Good command of English, TOEFL > 80 or equipvalent
  • Good initiative and able to work independently
  • Good work organizer, able to manage multiple project plans with conflicting deadlines
