SENIOR PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

📌JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and manage a team of junior procurement staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Design procurement workflows to meet client needs and serve as the key liaison with JKA leadership and U.S. clients.
• Be available for occasional evening calls with U.S. clients to support cross-border communication and alignment
• Train new team members and support team development.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic projects and decision-making.
• Oversee supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contracts in line with international standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners on orders, production, and shipments.
• Monitor quality, resolve issues, and maintain smooth end-to-end procurement operations
• Report on progress, risks, and opportunities directly to the CEO

📌 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or international trade.
• Excellent English skills in all four areas (IELTS > 7.0 / TOEIC > 800).
• Strong leadership, team management, planning and professional communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficient in MS Office, cloud storage platforms, and data analysis or visualization tools.
• University degree, preferably in Economics, International Trade, or Business-related fields
• Effective communicator who can confidently manage client relationships
• A proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail
